Service Description
iContabilista is a tax compliance simulation and management platform for accountants and small and medium businesses in Portugal, including salary benefit calculations, a tax obligations calendar, and report generation.
Registration and Account
To use most features, you must create an account with true, complete, and up-to-date information. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity carried out through your account.
Plans, Pricing and Payments
We offer a free plan with limited features and a monthly paid Pro plan. Pro plan payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. Prices shown include VAT at the applicable legal rate, unless stated otherwise.
Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time in your account's billing area. Pro access remains active until the end of the period already paid for. We do not provide prorated refunds for partially used periods, unless legally required.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the platform for illegal purposes, not to attempt to access other users' accounts, not to interfere with the service's operation, and not to introduce malicious code or attempt to bypass its security measures.
Intellectual Property
All content, branding, logos, and software of iContabilista are the exclusive property of ours or our licensors. Nothing in these terms grants you any rights over that intellectual property, except the limited right to use the platform as described herein.
Limitation of Liability
The simulations and calculations provided by the platform are for informational purposes only and do not replace professional tax or accounting advice. We are not liable for decisions made solely based on results shown by the platform.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms periodically. We will notify significant changes through the platform or by email. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
